The Gutworx programmes are designed to help and support the client to improve their health, understand the gut and the importance of nutrition.
This consists of three elements which are:
State of Being – this is focusing on encompassing a mindful foundation and identifying where
change is needed. Learning mindful practices and strategies that suit each individual.
Gutworx – I begin to educate and help the client understand how the body functions and how
everything about our being is connected to our gut health
Nourish You – progressing on to understand the importance of nourishing the body through
food choices, alongside the mindfulness practices. Educating on reading food labels, planning ahead and batch cooking. Creating a plan and giving the client accountability.
After years of suffering with irritable bowel syndrome and an underactive thyroid, with Western medicines not helping and in some cases worsening my symptoms; I studied and learnt how alternative methods of healing can work through analysing what you choose to put in your body and what thoughts you allow into your mind.
I reversed both afflictions from simply changing food choices and daily habits, introducing self-care strategies and practices.
